In February of 2005 we began sponsoring a child in Bangladesh via World Vision Canada. It's amazing how much he's grown in just over two years. It's a small thing. I wish we could do more. Dave Toycen, president and CEO of WVC wrote The Power of Generosity. It's not a pop-gospel tryst of American health n' wealth nonsense but a compelling and convincing account of humility and awakening to what being truly generous means in our personal and global relationships. Please, forget the latest by Joel Olsteen (or whomever) and read this one and sponsor a child via an organization of your choice. ::thrive! O
